James is the Head Instructor of Total Control System. He has trained from a young age and was promoted to Instructor in 1993 and then Senior Instructor in 1998. James has been instrumental in shaping the development of the Total Control System.
Chris has trained personally with Lawrence since the late 1990's. Since Lawrence's death he has been trained and mentored by both James and David. He is actively involved in the development of the Total Control System and was appointed to Assisstant Instructor in 2021.
